First announcement and Call for Speakers

Norwegian Society of Maintenance, in cooperation with Shell, Exxon Mobil and Equinor, is planning a conference and meeting forum for people working with atmospheric storage tanks and terminals.

How to submit your Abstract

If you would like to present an Abstract, please send your Abstract which shows the presentation idea with short description (max 200 words) to: [email protected]

If you do not have any specific paper to submit, but would like to suggest a topic, please present your idea to us by September 7th 2025. If, after evaluation by the Committee, your Abstract is accepted, you will receive a confirmation from us by October 7th 2025.

Please note the presentation should not be commercial, however one commercial slide is accepted.

• Personnel working with engineering, design and instrumentation of storage tanks and process safety.
• Companies and personnel competent, certified and accredited for tank maintenance, inspection and integrity management.

• Authorities and inspectors working with storage tank supervision  for regulators and governmental compliance.
